Auctions for 2020
From April 2020 auctions will be held WEEKLY ending EVERY Wednesday Evening.
Helpful information for bidders:
Our Tasmanian online auctions are held weekly with times for each separate auction staggered in the evening to finish around 9pm. Auctions are E-Bay style, online-only with bidding opening approximately 1 week prior to the closing date.
In-room inspection is always available and welcome anytime Monday-Friday 9am-4:30pm and Saturdays 10am-12pm. If you’re unable to get to us in person; we invite you to email us at email@example.com or call on 03 6331 5200, if you’d like more info on lots, specs or photos so that we are able to ensure you have a successful online purchasing experience with Tullochs.
Online absentee bidding is available for all in-rooms auctions if you are unable to attend on the day. We also invite you to telephone or email your absentee bids, with the cut-off time for recording details being 4:30pm the day before auction day.
If you need a removalist or carrier, these carriers come highly recommended by our customers for deliveries and collections. Please call them for quotes.

We offer secure and efficient shipping of smaller items (via Australia Post) if you require, with optional insurance coverage for loss or damage of items (please see the Australia Post optional extras page for more information and the Australia Post schedule for fine print).
Postage policy: Tulloch’s Auctions are happy to pack and post/courier items on your behalf on the understanding that your goods are sent entirely at your own risk and that any contracts to transport and / or insure your goods are between you and the service provider / insurer and not between you and Tulloch’s Auctions. We thoroughly recommend the purchasing of insurance against loss or damage, and while we may be able to provide information to assist you in the event of a claim, we cannot lodge or manage claims on your behalf. That items have been ‘insufficiently packed’ is an oft used excuse by some couriers and postal services to avoid payment of claims whether the items were well packed or not, and due to these less than reputable practices we must advise that we can accept no responsibility for items lost or broken by any third party after they have left our care.
We accept delivery of items for auction Monday -Friday 9am to 4:30pm and Saturdays 10am to 12pm (with the exception of scheduled Auction Days).
Feel free to bring your items in for appraisal and consignment if suitable. If you have any concerns about suitability of items we always welcome a call on 03 6331 5200, we also encourage you to email photos of your goods to firstname.lastname@example.org or text us any images on 0431 487 050 on 0404 316 606 and we’ll get back to you ASAP with a response.
Deceased estates and house clearances are a Tullochs specialty. Please get in touch to arrange inspection.
